Overall, I enjoyed my stay. There were lots of pluses, but a few minuses. I thought the property was beautiful, but there was a soccer tournament that brought lots and lots of kids to the hotel. No big deal, except they trashed the place. It was apparent that the staff couldn't keep up with keeping the building clean. Otherwise, my room was amazing! I'd stay again for sure!
The hotel is nice for sure. Could use some upgrades or fresh paint in areas but overall is a nice place. The breakfast attendant when we checked out wasn't very friendly... also beware they do not technically have "Free" breakfast. They give you vouchers for the buffet, but if you have kids you pay for them to eat. If you want anything cooked that isn't on the buffet you have to buy it and it isn't cheap. Pool is open 6a-9p it doesn't look real clean, however, it could just be needing updates.
The staff was very pleasant from early check-in Saturday to check-out Sunday morning after breakfast. We used the banquet entrance and stayed on the 5th floor. We had a balcony that looked towards the runways of Lambert and overlooked the hotel's beautiful fountain and pond with blown glass accents. Our room was spacious and welcoming. The only complaint I have is the Wi-Fi for the television was so bad, we could not watch it.
Only stayed here one night, to catch an early flight the next day. Quick easy access to the airport, and they offer a shuttle. Staff were very friendly accommodating. Clean, bright,and quiet. It is starting to show it's age though.
Kelsey checked us in with the best attitude and helpfulness after a long day of travel delays. The shuttle driver was also wonderful! So great to experience stellar customer service after a day full of travel issues.
The only complaint I have is there was not a microwave or fridge in the room. Otherwise everything was great. The transportation to the airport was on time with a friendly driver. The check in experience was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I had been traveling from South America for over 24 hours, and when I arrived I was ready for a shower and the bed. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Kristie, was so friendly and accommodating. She made the process quick and easy and fulfilled my requests. The rooms was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic.
The place was beautiful and very clean. My room included a very large flat screen tv. My room was very clean and quiet for the most part, I was on the first floor which I usually don’t like but it was very convenient if I just needed to go to the desk or the cafe. And it was quiet for the most part, the bar got kind of loud at times, but there were doors that they closed and it really helped. The only thing I have an issue with was room service, they brought the food in plastic containers which was very disappointing and the food wasn’t seasoned very well. I love getting room service because it’s special I think they need to go back to using real dishes and silverware. The customer service was really good the staff was exceptional very professional and kind. I will definitely stay again. Thanks for making my mini vacation so nice.
